Biofaker Chat Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of a Biofaker Chat account and related data for the Android app Biofaker Chat, package name cc.biofaker.chat.

How to request deletion

  1. Open Biofaker Chat and note your nickname exactly as it appears in the app.
  2. Send a deletion request to [email protected].
  3. Include your nickname, approximate registration date if known, and whether you want to delete the account, profile, messages, uploaded images, or all related data.
  4. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment data, or unrelated personal documents.

What can be deleted

We can delete or anonymize the account, nickname/profile data, avatar, direct message data, room membership data, uploaded images, and other content associated with the account when technically and legally possible.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records required for security, anti-abuse, legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or moderation history. Backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation removes them.

Timeline

We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days. Complex requests, safety investigations, or legal requirements may take longer.
